About Kinderdly

Kinderdly is an all-in-one management platform built for Canadian childcare and early childhood education (ECE) programs — bringing enrolment, attendance, billing, family messaging, learning and payroll into one calm place.

Why we built it

Running a centre means juggling a dozen tools — one for attendance, another for invoicing, a spreadsheet for timesheets, and a separate payroll service for T4s. Educators end up spending time on admin that should go to children. We set out to fold all of it into a single, friendly system so directors and teachers can spend less time on paperwork.

Made for Canada

Unlike most childcare apps, Kinderdly includes CRA-compliant payroll — timesheets, CPP/EI and tax calculations, vacation pay and T4 slips — so you don't need a separate payroll service. It's built and hosted in Canada, for Canadian programs.
